We implemented a cloud-based ERP on CodeIgniter covering inventory, production planning, and finance in one connected system, with real-time stock updates feeding directly into financial records as goods move through the shop floor.

Results

Inventory discrepancies dropped close to zero, production planning now runs against live stock data instead of guesswork, and month-end closing time was cut by more than half.
