E-Commerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace

A fast-growing seller network needed a single platform to onboard vendors, manage catalogs, and settle payouts without manual spreadsheets slowing every step down.

The Challenge

Each vendor was managing inventory separately, leading to overselling, delayed payouts, and no unified view of platform-wide sales. Commission calculations were done manually, creating disputes and slowing down vendor onboarding.

Our Solution

We built a multi-vendor marketplace on Laravel with a Vue.js storefront, giving each vendor their own dashboard for inventory, orders, and earnings. Razorpay Route was integrated for automated, split payouts so vendors get paid instantly on every sale without manual reconciliation.

Results

Vendor onboarding time dropped from days to under an hour, payout disputes disappeared entirely, and the platform now processes orders across dozens of active sellers from one unified dashboard.
