Employee Productivity & Attendance Tracker

A company operating five branch offices had no reliable way to track attendance or task progress across locations in real time.

The Challenge

Attendance was self-reported, task assignments lived in scattered chat messages, and management had no consolidated view of workforce productivity across branches until weekly reports were manually compiled.

We built a real-time attendance and task-tracking system on React and Node.js with a MongoDB backend, giving managers a live dashboard of check-ins, task status, and productivity trends across every branch from one screen.
