A multi-clinic healthcare provider was losing significant revenue to missed appointments and an overwhelmed phone-booking front desk.

The Challenge

Patients could only book by calling during office hours, no-shows were common with no reminder system in place, and front-desk staff spent most of their day just managing the phone booking calendar.

Our Solution

We built a doctor appointment booking app using React Native and Node.js, with Twilio-powered SMS reminders sent automatically before every appointment and a self-service booking flow patients can use any time, from any device.

Results

Patient no-shows dropped by 25%, front-desk call volume fell sharply as patients shifted to self-service booking, and clinics gained a reliable digital appointment record across all locations.
