Multi-Branch Retail POS & Billing System

A retail chain with 12 outlets had no way to see combined sales or stock levels across locations in real time.

The Challenge

Each outlet ran its own standalone billing setup, stock transfers between branches were untracked, and head office only got a consolidated sales picture once a month through manual data collection.

Our Solution

We rolled out a centralized POS and billing system on CodeIgniter and MySQL across all 12 outlets, with real-time stock sync between branches and thermal printer integration for receipts, feeding every sale into one live company-wide dashboard.

Results

Head office now sees sales and stock levels across all outlets in real time, stock transfers are fully tracked, and reporting that used to take weeks is available instantly.
