On-Demand Grocery Delivery App

A grocery delivery startup needed to scale from a handful of daily orders to thousands per month without their operations falling apart.

The Challenge

Manual order dispatch could not keep pace with demand, delivery routes were planned by hand, and customers had no way to track their orders in real time, driving up support calls and complaints.

Our Solution

We built a Flutter-based delivery app backed by Firebase, with live order tracking, automated route optimization for delivery partners, and real-time push notifications keeping customers informed from checkout to doorstep.

Results

The platform scaled smoothly to over 10,000 orders a month, delivery times became predictable, and support tickets related to "where is my order" dropped sharply thanks to live tracking.
