A growing real estate agency was managing property listings and buyer leads through disconnected spreadsheets and phone calls.

The Challenge

Listings were updated inconsistently across platforms, there was no centralized lead management, and buyers had no easy way to search properties by location, leading to missed opportunities on both sides.

We built a property listing and lead management platform on Laravel and Vue.js with Google Maps-based search, letting buyers filter listings by location and letting agents track every lead from first inquiry to closed deal in one system.

Results

Listing management became centralized and consistent, lead response times improved, and the agency now closes deals faster with a clear pipeline view of every active buyer.
